If you’re planning a family holiday in ireland, considering all the little details can be overwhelming. Here are our top tips to take the hassle out of your break.

Plan ahead. Wherever you’re going on holiday, preparing for it can all be part of the fun if you get the kids excited and involved in the process. Most kids will love to help with the packing, so teach them how to gather their clothes and toys together and they’ll be delighted to take part in the preparations.

The journey can be part of the fun if you plan to take regular stops, ensure you have plenty of snacks and drinks, and play games such as I-spy to pass the time along the way. Listening to audio books can also be a great activity for a long car journey, and the children will love taking turns to choose a story.
