Retail Assistants

The Role of the Shop & Deli Sales Assistant 
As one of our sales/deli assistants, you will be responsible for providing customers with fast, friendly service and quality products in a clean surrounding. Whether working in food service or at the sales counter, you should be giving all customers immediate and undivided attention, while working with fellow employees to provide the customer with a memorable Trabolgan experience.

Responsibilities:
You will work with our Shops Supervisor and team to:
*      Ensure all customer needs and requirements are met.
*      Give the best possible attention and care to your customer at all times
*      Provide top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service. 
*      Maintain clean facilities and working environment. Follow set company policies and procedures relating to cash/stock control etc.
*      Ensure that all stock is properly controlled, priced and merchandised
*      To undertake any duties assigned by your manager / supervisor

Pool:

The pool complex is our most popular attraction and our team here are very conscientious

Lifeguards (RLSS)

  • Supervise swimming pool area
  • Meet highest standard of safety
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled
  • Present professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency
  • All other duties as assigned and appropriate
  • Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required.
  • Must have a good attitude, friendly, well presented and hold a relevant in date qualification.

Cleaning:

Our cleaning team seeks to achieve and maintaining the highest possible standard of cleanliness for our guests.

Cleaners

 Responsibilities: 

  • For all cleaning of the general areas and office on site
  • Arrive on time and are appropriately dressed equipped and ready for duty thus showing a professional face of the company at all times.
  • Ensuring cleaning standards are always maintained
  • To ensure that you advise your supervisor of any equipment in advance of all shifts and advise him/her of any chemicals and cleaning materials that you may require.
  • Make sure to handle and store equipment, chemicals and cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner.
  • Liaise with Departmental Managers regularly
  • Candidates must be willing to do night shift which means working from 9pm.

Arcade:

This is a constant lively venue buzzing with guests young and old in the hub of our village.

Arcade Assistants

The successful candidate will have 

  • Candidates should have knowledge or an interest in electronics.

The security team are central to our guests’ safety and enjoyment.

Security Officers                                       

Expectations of this position are to:

  • Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the training
  • Record all incidents in company incident diary
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems
  • Where required, monitor Electronic Article Surveillance systems
  • Keep your Manager appraised of all incidents which occur on site.
  • Look out for, and to immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on site. 
  • Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment in order to take the appropriate action in order to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage.
  • Be familiar with the location of all fire-fighting equipment on site and how to use it
  • Be familiar with all means of access to the site.
  • Maintain a helpful, interested and courteous approach to team members, customers, staff and the general public, as applicable in order to uphold a highly professional image.
  • Carry out checking procedures around site
  • Carry out other relevant duties

 The successful candidate will have 

  • Fluent English essential
  • Some security experience an advantage
  • Excellent written and attention to detail skills are essential
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Be fully flexible and available to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • Hold a valid PSA Licence / static guard and a full clean driver’s licence.

Trabolgan Adventure Sports- 

Are outgoing and enthusiastic people who are adventurous and great with children? They are responsible for the delivery of sessions, the upkeep of equipment and the creation of a fun and safe environment. Activities include high ropes, abseiling, zip wire, go karting and more.

Adventure Sports Instructors

Responsibilities

  • You will be instructing our guests throughout our range of adventure activities such as Karts, Multi Activity Tower, Combat Laser, Water Walkerz to High Ropes Course
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and safety standards, giving our guests a fun rewarding experience to remember for a lifetime.

The successful candidate will have

  • Be confident & sociable
  • Have fun and be outgoing with a “Can Do” attitude.
  • Experience/Qualifications are not essential for this role as all training will be provided.

High Ropes Course Supervisor Position

Ideal Candidate should have the following:

  • Working/Supervisory experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted Leisure Attraction or Venue.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills gained through daily interaction on a face to face basis.
  • Be a great communicator.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • A current First Aid qualification is desirable.
  • Be Health and Safety conscious and have experience in conducting risk assessments and daily safety and equipment checks.
  • Experience Working with Ropes and Working at Height is desirable however full training will be provided.

Assistant Leisure Manager Position

  • Cash handling and till experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Working with ropes and working at height also a distinct advantage however full training can be provided.

Casual Dining Chef
We are looking for our, a hard-working and skilful Chef. Good working conditions and salary commensurate with experience.

Role- To increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant in line with departmental guidelines.


The successful candidates will:

  •  Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free, and courteous service
  •  Accurately record, pre-checks, and pick up all food and/or beverage orders
  •  Serve guest their food and / or beverage promptly and courteously
  •  Set or clean tables as needed prior to guest arrival
  •  Ensure that the working area and station are stocked and are kept clean and tidy at all times
  •  Ensure the smooth running of the assigned station at all times
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and/or beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly
  • Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell, in a manner that is professional and courteous
  • Make clear orders to kitchen production, and bar regarding beverages; registers orders according to Trabolgan procedures                                                                                       
  • Be available to work weekends and late shifts
