Adventure Summer Holidays

It’s time for an adventure! Your summer holiday is a great opportunity to get away from it all and try something completely different, and an adventure holiday can be a great way to do just that.

Here at Trabolgan, our Adventure Sports Centre offers an excellent range of adrenaline-fuelled activities, and you can be sure that everyone will find something that they love. Set on the beautiful coastline of East Cork, we have a fabulous swimming paradise, a Par 3 Golf Course and an indoor Sports Complex, including Strike Bowling Alley so you can enjoy adventures of every kind.

 

 What’s On At Trabolgan Adventure Sports:

• The Trabolgan Tower. The Trabolgan Tower is 12 metres high and incorporates a 100 metre Zip Wire, as well as climbing and abseiling walls suitable for participants over the age of 6. You can receive a certificate on completion of all three challenges, and all sessions are run by fully qualified, professional instructors.

 

• Go karting. The Trabolgan Go Kart track is designed for high speed adventures, and you can brave the bends and straights of the Trabolgan hillside track alone (minimum height 150cms) or with a partner (minimum age 5 yrs for double seater go karts).

 

• Bounce Zone. Our Bounce Zone is a great place to try something new, with a great range of Bungee Trampolines and Inflatable activities. The Bounce Zone caters for children from the age of 6, and is one of our most popular activities.

 

• Combat Laser. Combat Laser is an excellent way to burn off some energy on your holiday, working with your teammates to outwit enemies and complete your mission, and you can sign up for a session at only €10 per person per session. A minimum of 6 participants will be required for this activity to run, so you will need to prebook, and anyone over the age of 8 can join in.

 

• Water walkerz. If you’ve never experienced walking on water before, now is your chance! Adults and children over 6 can try this fun activity for only €4 per session.

 

• Archery. If you fancy yourself as Robin Hood, you’ll love the Archery on offer at Trabolgan. Instructors will introduce you to this challenging sport, and participants should be able to hit the target by the end of the session. Sessions are €7 per person, and are open to all those over 8 years old.

 

TAS activities are subject to availability, and height and age restrictions apply. These activities can be booked and paid for separately, and you can save money by prepaying for your TAS bundles in advance.
