Kayleigh’s Sanctuary- For Exotic Pets!
July 28, 2015In 2012 we expanded our Bird of Prey Educational Centre to include a sanctuary for Exotic Pets and such has been its success over the last number of years we are delighted to say Kayleights ever expanding sanctuary will be open again for the 2015 season.
Work at Kayleigh’s Sanctuary for Exotic Pets consists of:
• Caring for animals in our care, both surrendered and rescued
• Educating people on the needs and requirements of their exotic pet
• Pre-purchase advice of exotic animals and equipment
• Rehoming animals to suitable long term homes
• Supporting legislation for the control of exotic pet purchase
• Improving the standard of pet shop management and selling of exotic animals
Resident Animals at Trabolgan Include:
- Corn Snake “Vinnie”
- Bull Snake “Charlie”
- Yemen Chamelon “Karma”
- Giant Millipedes “MIlli and Vanilli”
- Blue Tongue Skink “Melanie”
